Artificial Intelligence in Education in Africa by 2030 (AIEd Africa, 2030) is a multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and convergence network or hub that aims to enhance the integration of AI in education in Africa. The goal aligns with the African Union Commission (2020), African Union Commission (2024), Baraka (2024), Dalberg (2024), Hradecky et al. (2024), Kenya Ministry of Information, Communications, and the Digital Economy (2025), Sibal and Neupane (2021), UNESCO (2024), UNESCO (2025), and United Nations Development Programme (2025). These and many other policy guidelines recommend the adoption of AIEd through collaboration and partnership in education across institutions, countries, regions, and continents. They emphasize the importance of research, digital skills, and the integration of AI at all levels of education.
